This is a "Four Season
Sun Room" (brand). Attached is a seasonal back deck made of "Mohogany"
decking. The rails are also mohogany with "P.T." balusters and
4 x 4 posts that will later be painted white to match the pine trim board.
The PVC privacy lattice work that wraps around the deck is guaranteed for
life.
